Hola, primero que todo, junto con felicitarles por la votación que obtuvieron, quiero agradecerles a los tres por colaborar con nosotros en esta pequeña entrevista. Podrían presentarse a nuestros lectores?

¿Cuéntennos un poco sobre sus escudo. Qué significa para cada uno de ustedes y qué representan para sus equipos?

(EN)	Tell us a little about your badge. What it means to each of you and what they represent for their teams?

angelo_10	Bueno primero quiero aclarar que el escudo que tengo es creación de manigoldo_de_cancer (un capo total, al que le agradezco mucho su ayuda), yo solo aporte la idea del dibujo que quería mas o menos. La imagen del escudo que es el Ave Fenix, lo elegí haciendo referencia a la mala racha que estaba teniendo con el equipo U21 (me dedico mas a eso) y por eso me puse como meta de levantar el rendimiento del equipo, como seria renacer de las cenizas, por eso puse “renaciendo” y por suerte tuve una buena levantada y saque algunos buenos resultados que me alegraron mucho. (EN)	Well first I want to clarify that the shield that I have is creating by manigoldo_de_cancer (total crack, I appreciate your help very much), I only provided the idea of ​​drawing, that I want more or less. _giacomolopez	Yo encontré un clipart en la red, y cuando busqué unas noticias sobre este equipo de fútbol intenté copiar esto al editor. Pasé muchas horas buscando una respuesta de cómo cambiar un archivo *.jpg o *.png a código xml. Leí en el foro que un manager búlgaro puso una foto en el espacio dedicado al escudo.  Desafortunadamente, no encontré una respuesta de cómo lo hizo. Así que yo creé mi escudo paso por paso. Como puedes ver, la base del escudo está hecho con paréntesis. No hay un trasfondo de su significado o una relación con el nombre de mi equipo. It looks a little bit like a mascot. Rooster. Very similar to orginal clipart that's why I'm very happy about the job I made.	(ES)
(EN)	I found a clipart in the net when I looked for some news about football club. First I wanted to copy this clipart to editor. I spent a lot of hours looking for the answer how to change *.jpg or *.png files into xml code. I readed on the forum that one bulgarian manager put a photo in the place of team badge. Unfortunately there is no answer how he made it that's why I had to created my team badge step by step. As you can see shell is made from parentheses. Also there is no background and no team name. It looks a little bit like a mascot. Rooster. Very similar to orginal clipart that's why I'm very happy about the job I made.
myetimler	Mi escudo está inspirando en el escudo oficial del Beşiktaş JK, este fue la referencia en su diseño. Desde el comienzo he sentido envidia de los managers que tienen buenos escudos. Estuve mucho tiempo buscando información para diseñar un buen escudo. Intenté muchas veces diseñar algo bueno y único, pero no lo conseguí. La pasada primavera me puse a buscar imágenes y decidí diseñar un águila que tuviera una apariencia salvaje. Fue una buena idea, y lo diseñe en media hora. A veces una buena idea otorga un gran talento a una persona común.	(ES)
(EN)	I were inspired from official badge of Beşiktaş JK while designing my badge. From the beginning of my ManagerZone career I have been always envious of managers who have good badges. Therefore I had searched forums for designing good badges for long time. I'd tried several times to design a good and unique badge but I couldn't. While browsing many pictures at web on last spring, I decided to design an eagle which is locked on its target savagely. This was a good idea for me and I'd designed it in half an hour. Sometimes good ideas gives huge talents to an ordinary person.

¿Porqué crees que ha el más votado de tu región en la primera ronda?

(EN)	Why do you think that you was the most voted in your region during first round ?

angelo_10	Y bueno tenían que valer algo todos los tokens que gaste para comprar los votos jajajaja, no mentira, imagínate lo que seria pagarle a todos los que votaron... La verdad que es un muy lindo escudo. Pero no sabría decirte que fue lo que llevo a los usuarios a elegir el mio por sobre los otros escudos, tal vez porque entendieron el significado, pero la verdad no sabría decirte eso jeje...	(ES)
(EN)	Well had to be worth of something the tokens that I spent in to buy votes, not lie xD, imagine what it would pay you to everyone who voted... The truth is a very nice badge. But I could not tell you what led users to choose mine over other shields, perhaps because they understood the meaning, but I really could not tell you that haha...
_giacomolopez	Creo que fue porque agregué algunos efectos de luz. Cuando usas sombras o reflejos de luz los escudos lucen más guapos y llamativos que un escudo plano. El editor de Managerzone es muy sencillo pero muchas veces me sorprende lo que algunos usuarios logran con esta herramienta. Especialmente los usuarios argentinos. Algunos de sus escudos parecen hechos con photoshop.	(ES)
(EN)	I think because I added some light reflections. When you use shadows or light reflections the badge looks more nicer and colorful than flat badge. Managerzone editor is a very simple but sometimes I'm very surprised what people can educe from this tool. Especially users from Argentina. Some of those shields looks almost like made in photoshop.
myetimler	Porque tiene alma. Detrás de mi escudo está el alma y la gran personalidad y filosofía del Beşiktaş JK. Cuando usted mira, en sus ojos ve el deseo de éxito en cualquier área de fútbol :)	(ES)

Sabemos que los escudos son algo secundario en cuanto al fútbol, por esta razón quería preguntarte ¿Cómo ves el nivel y la preocupación que hay en Argentina en cuanto a los escudos?	(ES)
(EN)	Angel , I know that in Argentina people are very fanatical football. I also know that people in Argentina take care of the details, it's something we talked to Peto in his interview. angelo_10	Nivel de gente que hace buenos escudos hay, pero no muchos, son pocos los que hacen muy buenos escudos y que se animan a hacerlos, tratando de mejorar cada vez mas por lo que vi en los foros. Preocupación si hay, muchos queremos tener buenos escudos que representen a cada club y lo haga diferente de los otros. Todos en MZ creo que queremos tener un escudo que pueda representarnos en el mundo de MZ.	(ES)

Los turcos tenemos una gran pasión por nuestros equipos. Siempre alentamos con pasión, antes y durante los 90 minutos que dura el partido. Y esta pasión contagia a los jugadores extranjeros o entrenadores si son del norte, como en el Graeme Souness.	(ES)
(EN)	Yes, I remember that moment clearly. He was Graeme Souness! Football is a very common entertainment in Turkiye. In most people's opinion only one! Therefore Turks have a great passion to their teams. They always support their teams passionately before, after and 90 minutes in match. And this passion effects foreign players and managers even if they are northern people like Graeme Souness.

angelo_10	Aquí en Argentina, por lo que estuve mirando en los foros fue tomado con mucho entusiasmo y varios de los usuarios Argentinos participaron en el concurso, hasta vi que algunos trataron de mejorar detalles para que sus escudos pudieron estar entre los mejores. Por lo que veo que fue aceptado de buena forma y por mi parte me gusto la idea.	(ES)
(EN)	Here in Argentina, the people taken the contest with enthusiasm and several of Argentine users participated, until I saw some that tried to improve their badges with details that could be among the best . As I see it was accepted in good shape and for my part I liked the idea.

(EN)	People are enthusiastic when someone has a good ideas. You should be also very happy from the feedback. I know there are users like ildraco (FC Draconia) who made new badge special for this competition. Me too. It's not about tokens or prices of course. For most of us participation is more important than winning.
myetimler	Desafortunadamente, los managers turcos no han mostrado mucho interés por el campeonato. Yo estoy sorprendido porque a pesar de esto, tenemos muy buenos escudos en la competición. Ojalá esta entrevista aumente el interés por el torneo. ¡Sé que lo tendrán!.	(ES)
(EN)	Unfortunately, Turk managers didn't show enough interest to championship. I'm surprised of this because there are several good badges that Turk managers have. I wish this interview and current tour will rise their interest to Badge Championship. And I know, they will!.

¿Qué opinión tienes sobre la organización del Campeonato?

(EN)	What do you think about the organizing of the tournament?

angelo_10	Me parece muy acertada y buena la idea, desde el momento en que vi la propuesta que se hizo en un post de MZH, me gusto mucho. Por lo que vi, se esta llevando una organización muy responsable y correcta, la verdad que es un trabajo enorme el que están realizando y están poniendo muchas ganas y esfuerzo que es lo que esta llevando a que sea un buen concurso y le guste a muchos usuarios de MZ que participan con sus escudos o con sus votos al elegir lo que mas les guste. Por lo que de mi parte los Felicito por el muy buen trabajo que vienen realizando!	(ES)
(EN)	It seems very correct and good idea , from the moment I saw the proposal made in a post MZH, I am happy. From what I saw , is taking a very responsible and proper organization , the truth is a lot of work which are underway and are putting a lot of enthusiasm and effort that is what is taking it a good competition and appeals to many MZ users involved with their badges or their votes to choose what they like most. As for me I congratulate you for the excellent work being done!
