Spectators: 7756 (Terracing: 5819, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) Kanakadatta Sethi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Avanipala Pujari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sitaram Jha, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Samrath Lell fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Forest Hill's protests and gave Samrath Lell a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Forest Hill got a freekick which was hit by Samrath Lell. When Krpananda Sahni got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Harrow. Avanipala Pujari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sitaram Jha in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Harrow's Paras Anand got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Forest Hill's Avanipala Pujari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krpananda Sahni in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kanthamani Malhan in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avanipala Pujari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avanipala Pujari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krpananda Sahni in the 46th minute of the match. Aviklava Khatter kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After 49 minutes of play, Harrow's Sitaram Jha made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avanipala Pujari was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Forest Hill's Arunava Sabnis got a free kick in the 57th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Krpananda Sahni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harrow's supporters rose to their feet, but Krpananda Sahni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avanipala Pujari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kanthamani Malhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avanipala Pujari having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Harrow's Sitaram Jha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Avanipala Pujari. Avanipala Pujari yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Krpananda Sahni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avanipala Pujari didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Sitaram Jhas short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Avanipala Pujari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 84th minute, Forest Hill's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Krpananda Sahni fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sitaram Jha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Avanipala Pujari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-5 became the score in the 89th minute when Krpananda Sahni elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Avanipala Pujari made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Sitaram Jha sent off a good shot on target. Sitaram Jha's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Avanipala Pujari skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sitaram Jha got free with Avanipala Pujari in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Harrow's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
