Spectators: 7664 (Terracing: 5749, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amisa Mallik kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Kanakadatta Sethi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kanca Kishore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nirmla Agrawal kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Kanakadatta Sethi rounded The Lions's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Aviklava Khatter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Kanca Kishore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Forest Hill's Kanakadatta Sethi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kanca Kishore. That made the score 2-0 after 12 minutes of play. Govinda Dutt struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Avanipala Pujari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Lions. If Amisa Mallik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th play minute Aviklava Khatter came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kanca Kishore. 3-0. Kanca Kishore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kanakadatta Sethi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Govinda Dutt kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Samrath Lell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forest Hill and the The Lions players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Forest Hill got a freekick which was hit by Samrath Lell. Kanca Kishore made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Aviklava Khatter sent off a good shot on target. Kanca Kishore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kanakadatta Sethi, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Abhyagni Marathe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kanakadatta Sethi made a kick off. Kanca Kishore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kanakadatta Sethi in the 52nd minute of the match. Abhyagni Marathe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Avanipala Pujari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abhyagni Marathe in the 61st minute. Abhyagni Marathe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avanipala Pujari having to interfere. Amisa Mallik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kanca Kishore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aviklava Khatter's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Aviklava Khatter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kanca Kishore was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Kanakadatta Sethi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kanca Kishore having to make a save. Kanca Kishore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aviklava Khatter in the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Forest Hill booed when The Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Govinda Dutt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Govinda Dutt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kanakadatta Sethi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kanca Kishore read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Anusrtasravas Shah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kanca Kishore. The Lions's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anusrtasravas Shah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the The Lions players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Forest Hill.
