We have now implemented changes to the number of foreign players a club can own, as previously announced. The aim of this update is to boost overall transfer market activity and to help managers from smaller countries build their squads.

The quotas for Work Permits and Foreign Players have been increased differently across the various regions, in both sports. We have also reassigned certain countries to a more suitable region. You can read this news article to get the details.
