The audience was convinced that Benicio Costante's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romi Lisandri was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 5th minute Damian Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romi Lisandri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romi Lisandri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damian Gotzon went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hadiman Habib took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laureano Karmel. Laureano Karmel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Argentina's Laureano Karmel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Argentina from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Gotzon in the 15th minute of play forced Indonesia's goalkeeper Romi Lisandri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21st play minutes Dudung Bajuri shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Laureano Karmel and just under the crossbar into goal. Argentina's Laureano Karmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudung Bajuri in the 23rd minute of play. Laureano Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hadiman Habib, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Hadiman Habib sped through Argentina's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laureano Karmel. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Indonesia's goalkeeper Romi Lisandri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romi Lisandri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Costante in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Indonesia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Roque Cerilo was slow to take the kick. During this time Argentina's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Argentina's Roque Cerilo to fire away a dangerous shot which Romi Lisandri despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Romi Lisandri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Gotzon in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Argentina's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gilbert Birowo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gilbert Birowo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Laureano Karmel firmly grabbed it by the left post. Argentina's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gilbert Birowo 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1. Romi Lisandri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Gotzon in the 41st minute of the match. Romi Lisandri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Gotzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After taking down the ball on Argentina's corner Roque Cerilo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Romi Lisandri quite easily take care of the ball. Romi Lisandri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Costante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benicio Costante to strike the kick off in the second half. Argentina's Camilo Porfirio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Valentino Rossi, made in the 51st minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Damian Gotzon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Romi Lisandri was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Romi Lisandri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benicio Costante's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After 57 minutes Indonesia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roque Cerilo who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Costante got free with Romi Lisandri in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd match minute, Indonesia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guguh Sitanggang to maneuver through the defense. Argentina made a substitution. Sebastian Bilbo replaced Benicio Costante. In the 63rd minute, Guguh Sitanggang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Argentina's Sebastian Bilbo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romi Lisandri. Romi Lisandri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. When Argentina's Sebastian Bilbo in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Indonesia's goalie prevented a goal. Indonesia's Romi Lisandri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Bilbo in the 70th minute of play. Laureano Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudung Bajuri in the 71st minute of play. Laureano Karmel came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Indonesia's Dudung Bajuri. But to his dismay, Dudung Bajuri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Sebastian Bilbo struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Romi Lisandri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argentina. 82 minutes in the game, Sebastian Bilbo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romi Lisandri having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Argentina's Ezequiel Rafe got a free kick in the 84th minute. Abel Alfonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romi Lisandri having to interfere. Romi Lisandri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Bilbo in the 90th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Argentina players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Indonesia.
