An unexpectedly hard shot by Brann Morrison in the 23rd minute of play forced U21 Argentina's goalkeeper Alvaro Lore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes, Efrain Mosen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Argentina and the U21 Ireland players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, U21 Argentina's Efrain Mosen got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ramsay Bolton kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Alvaro Lore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brann Morrison's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The U21 Argentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Apolo Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Brann Morrison showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-1. U21 Argentina's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
