Ukko Mattila took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniele Jarosz. Daniele Jarosz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Veikka Wahlroos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boguslaw Wielopolski in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Poland had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
