In the 4th minute, John Guidetti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Liu Yong Yong was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, David Talamanca managed to get in a good position for a shot. OROTINENSE's supporters rose to their feet, but David Talamanca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaw Golembiewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juraj Múdry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaw Golembiewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Talamanca in the 10th minute of play. OROTINENSE's Jacek Walczak got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaw Golembiewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacek Walczak's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Gustaw Golembiewski made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Omar Carvajal sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th match minute, OROTINENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Cortez to maneuver through the defense. Jacek Walczak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Guidetti in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liu Yong Yong saved OROTINENSE from getting behind. 31 minutes into the match, PKS Marymont Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Walczak came free, but Gustaw Golembiewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Golembiewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Talamanca in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Jacek Walczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Golembiewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Talamanca in the 36th minute of play forced PKS Marymont Warszawa's goalkeeper Gustaw Golembiewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juraj Múdry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Gustaw Golembiewski made a huge save. If Jacek Walczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, one of OROTINENSE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for OROTINENSE. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for PKS Marymont Warszawa. Téo Queiroz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Liu Yong Yong. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Talamanca made a kick off. PKS Marymont Warszawa's Gustaw Golembiewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Talamanca in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, PKS Marymont Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Kieca to maneuver through the defense. The OROTINENSE fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when OROTINENSE's Jacek Walczak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gustaw Golembiewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Talamanca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Hıdır Raci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaw Golembiewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juraj Múdry's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 76 played minutes OROTINENSE got a freekick which was hit by Noel Sanvicente. OROTINENSE made a substitution. Minor Talamanca replaced Omar Carvajal. OROTINENSE's Nuno Orihuela was substituted for Jesus Cortez. After 78 played minutes OROTINENSE got a freekick which was hit by Noel Sanvicente. Gustaw Golembiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juraj Múdry in the 84th minute of the match. Iordache Opincaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Minor Talamanca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Golembiewski having to interfere.
