Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Palestra14's Fausto Fioriti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Aleix Rosanes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red Hawk Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 6 minutes of play, Red Hawk Football Club's Aleix Rosanes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frits Heinel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carles Miramont might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frits Heinel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carles Miramont ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Palestra14's Cain Vieri got a free kick in the 12th minute. Aleix Rosanes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frits Heinel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Nino Sócrates made in the 18th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fausto Fioriti however managed to control. Frits Heinel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleix Rosanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Palestra14's goal looked a bit too open when Aleix Rosanes came free, but Frits Heinel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes of play, Red Hawk Football Club's Aleix Rosanes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Canyelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Fioriti in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Aleix Rosanes notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Palestra14's Frits Heinel. Frits Heinel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Pascual Macia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frits Heinel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After having played for 41 minutes, Aleix Rosanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Red Hawk Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleix Rosanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aleix Rosanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Palestra14 getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Nino Sócrates hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Palestra14's goal looked a bit too open when Aleix Rosanes came free, but Frits Heinel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Palestra14's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carles Miramont was slow to take the kick. During this time Red Hawk Football Club's players had a chance to rest. The Palestra14 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Red Hawk Football Club were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aleix Rosanes to make the kick off. Albert Canyelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cain Vieri in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 played minutes Palestra14 got a freekick which was hit by Nino Sócrates. Palestra14's Frits Heinel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleix Rosanes in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleix Rosanes in the 64th minute of play forced Palestra14's goalkeeper Frits Heinel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
