Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Onur-Recep Kıvrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Mazzone in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ booed when Puianello FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Tarquini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes of play, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Benedykt Lanczak made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Darrel Pennington was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd match minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behzat Tanyeli to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göksel Taşdan to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Puianello FC's zone, Benedykt Lanczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Darrel Pennington came out of the goal and Benedykt Lanczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Benedykt Lanczak fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's protests and gave Benedykt Lanczak a yellow card for diving instead. Benedykt Lanczak hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Puianello FC made a substitution. Amedeo Di Lullo replaced Angelo Esposito. Benedykt Lanczak kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Göksel Taşdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match, Göksel Taşdan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Onur-Recep Kıvrak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 73 minutes into the match, Puianello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Jie Wei came free, but Darrel Pennington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Onur-Recep Kıvrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göksel Taşdan, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Puianello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Deng Jie Wei came free, but Darrel Pennington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Di Lullo in the 85th minute of play. Deng Jie Wei scored 2-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Darrel Pennington, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Florentino Greatwich got a free kick in the 95th minute. Puianello FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
