In the 27th match minute, Ponte Riba Dil C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Poncio Gómez to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Brais Montero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulvis Kreigers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Bäckeby Fotboll's Johannes Jansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Llorente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. But to his dismay, Johannes Jansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Johannes Jansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Llorente having to make a save. After having played for 44 minutes, Johannes Mickelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bäckeby Fotboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Mickelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Ponte Riba Dil C.F. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bäckeby Fotboll were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Mickelsson made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s Moisés Palomares got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Inge Albäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brais Montero kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Humberto Llorente made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Johannes Jansson sent off a good shot on target. Humberto Llorente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Mickelsson in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Sundström in the 64th minute of play forced Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s goalkeeper Humberto Llorente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ponte Riba Dil C.F.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Sundström's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Humberto Llorente skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Bäckeby Fotboll getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tommy Hjälm hit a great ball. Doroteo Gonzalez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Bäckeby Fotboll could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ponte Riba Dil C.F. throughout the match.
