Kozma Kozak hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Edward Krzynowek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artur Brack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Brack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The GKS Milenium players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Scarlet Speedster were winning 0-1.

Naldo Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georges-Philippe Coussement, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Georges-Philippe Coussement took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naldo Proença. Naldo Proença dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Mendonça in the 57th minute of play forced GKS Milenium's goalkeeper Artur Brack to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
