Manfred Konradsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theo Fil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's goalkeeper Lin Hong Song had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radamel Falcao. A sloppy throw-in by Patrick Hoffmann in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Barcelona Lassa's Juan Feliu. The long shot by Tobiasz Dubiel in the 13th minute really tested Lin Hong Song's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of FC Barcelona Lassa booed when Lemel SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfred Konradsson in the 18th minute of play forced FC Barcelona Lassa's goalkeeper Theo Fil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's Manfred Konradsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theo Fil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manfred Konradsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theo Fil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Manfred Konradsson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 29 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Feliu came free, but Lin Hong Song reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Juan Feliu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lin Hong Song, 1-0. Theo Fil came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Lemel SV's Manfred Konradsson. But to his dismay, Manfred Konradsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 46 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's Manfred Konradsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theo Fil narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Lemel SV's attentive Patrick Hoffmann managed to snatch the ball when Ivan Ananov made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. If Anton Gertsyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radamel Falcao in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lin Hong Song prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lemel SV's Dennis Bergkamp was substituted for Manfred Konradsson. A collision led to Lemel SV getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Edelmiro Reyes hit a great ball. When Tobiasz Dubiel came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the FC Barcelona Lassa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobiasz Dubiel couldn't finish the play. Theo Fil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Petroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Anton Gertsyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lin Hong Song having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lemel SV's Sotiris Alexandropoulos got a free kick in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Gertsyk came free, but Lin Hong Song reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barcelona Lassa's zone, Dennis Bergkamp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Fil came out of the goal and Dennis Bergkamp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lin Hong Song showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radamel Falcao, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that João Augusto Mello got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Theo Fil quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Dennis Bergkamp came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Lemel SV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Bergkamp couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd match minute, FC Barcelona Lassa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Feliu to maneuver through the defense. Theo Fil made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Augusto Mello in the 95th minute. FC Barcelona Lassa were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
