The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emílio Matorin during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CBA Nankatsu FC booed when Minotauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Emílio Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Minotauro's attentive Bartosz Bednorz managed to snatch the ball when Ryo Ishizaki made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. After 18 minutes of play, CBA Nankatsu FC's Oliver Tsubasa made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giovanni de Toledo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Tsubasa in the 22nd minute of play forced Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleto Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Damião in the 24th minute of the match. Giovanni de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Emenon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, CBA Nankatsu FC's Esteve Emenon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni de Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Cleto Quirze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute of the match Minotauro got a corner. CBA Nankatsu FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean Eger ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Minotauro's Jean Eger to fire away a dangerous shot which Cleto Quirze despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Tsubasa in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Eulalio Lizardi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Giovanni de Toledo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oliver Tsubasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Giovanni de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ryo Ishizaki got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Humberto Eneko. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the match, Esteve Emenon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giovanni de Toledo. Minotauro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteve Emenon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Tsubasa in the 53rd minute of play forced Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Perivaldo Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Minotauro defense, Esteve Emenon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giovanni de Toledo. The Minotauro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giovanni de Toledo should have stopped the shot. CBA Nankatsu FC made a substitution. Laureano Gagriel replaced Esteve Emenon. In the 71st minute Oliver Tsubasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Laureano Gagriel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CBA Nankatsu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. After a rather tough play, CBA Nankatsu FC's Charles Leclerc got a free kick in the 77th minute. Giovanni de Toledo came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by CBA Nankatsu FC's Oliver Tsubasa. But to his dismay, Oliver Tsubasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. In the 82nd match minute, Minotauro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Damião to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Oliver Tsubasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giovanni de Toledo was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Laureano Gagriel scored 8-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovanni de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oliver Tsubasa scored 9-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovanni de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the CBA Nankatsu FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
