When Zlatan Back fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altza Herria's protests and gave Zlatan Back a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Altza Herria got a freekick which was hit by Zlatan Back. Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Altza Herria from getting a goal against them. Enrique Hanot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Bouzas in the 7th minute of the match. Julio-César van Beek was a little too slow when Reynaldo Estebe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. Julio-César van Beek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Estebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Reynaldo Estebe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nantwich fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 20 played minutes Altza Herria got a freekick which was hit by Ernani de Amaral. When Medero Barral came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Altza Herria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Medero Barral couldn't finish the play. Marcos Saavedra struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Enrique Hanot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altza Herria. Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Altza Herria from getting a goal against them. Enrique Hanot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Medero Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, Nantwich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 林悦傲 to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Nantwich defense, Medero Barral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Hanot. The Nantwich fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrique Hanot should have stopped the shot. Marcos Saavedra kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Altza Herria's Marcos Saavedra got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Altza Herria's Angel Castelao was substituted for Conrado Pastor. When Federico Bouzas came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Altza Herria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Bouzas couldn't finish the play. Frazer Fordham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Bouzas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Enrique Hanot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that 林悦傲's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio-César van Beek was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When Altza Herria's Federico Bouzas in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nantwich's Florian Ziemba was substituted for Reynaldo Estebe. Altza Herria's Julio-César van Beek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Ziemba in the 76th minute of play. Enrique Hanot made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Federico Bouzas sent off a good shot on target. With an all-out effort, Altza Herria's Enrique Hanot threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Federico Bouzas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Enrique Hanot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 康鸿潮, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 91st minute Albert Jowsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio-César van Beek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altza Herria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Bouzas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nantwich had won after a very even match.
