After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Gonzalo Franco got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes, FC NORDLAND's Buba Breitner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arsenio Cordeal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC NORDLAND reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelillo Di Maria in the 12th minute of play forced Plebeyos's goalkeeper Arsenio Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute of the match FC NORDLAND got a corner. Plebeyos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Buba Breitner ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ervin Frk scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsenio Cordeal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joar Frisck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Castel in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Angelillo Di Maria notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal. Arsenio Cordeal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Basso got free with Joar Frisck in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when Angelillo Di Maria came free, but Arsenio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Cordeal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelillo Di Maria's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Robben Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Angelillo Di Maria made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Cordeal. Plebeyos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After the first half FC NORDLAND were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelillo Di Maria to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goalkeeper Arsenio Cordeal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ervin Frk. 52 minutes into the match, FC NORDLAND's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Tuzzio came free, but Joar Frisck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Plebeyos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emil Kostadinov in the 54th minute. After taking down the ball on Plebeyos's corner Emil Kostadinov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joar Frisck quite easily take care of the ball. In the 55th minute Valentin Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Frisck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Plebeyos's Paulino Diegotxe was substituted for Carlos Monzón. The Plebeyos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC NORDLAND were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
