Odd Ball's late challenge caught a Plebeyos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Odd Ball helped the player get up and apologised. Odd Ball kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Angelillo Di Maria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Joar Frisck managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Plebeyos's Ulises Castel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Uter in the 26th minute of play forced FC NORDLAND's goalkeeper Joar Frisck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Vergaray in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joar Frisck saved FC NORDLAND from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Plebeyos's Joar Frisck threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guilherme Basso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arsenio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ervin Frk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute of the match FC NORDLAND got a corner. Plebeyos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Buba Breitner ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Barry Baresi advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 33rd minute. A collision led to FC NORDLAND getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Alex Hernaiz hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, FC NORDLAND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robben Romero to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelillo Di Maria made a kick off. Joar Frisck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Basso in the 58th minute of play. If Birger Benett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldemar Mangueira charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldemar Mangueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Buba Breitner sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal didn't even have to move. FC NORDLAND's Joar Frisck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Uter in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Ervin Frk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC NORDLAND made a substitution. Rhys Hughes replaced Ervin Frk. In the 78th minute Guilherme Basso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Frisck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Plebeyos's Guilherme Basso fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Plebeyos's Enzo Kusko was substituted for Waldemar Mangueira. After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Guilherme Basso got a free kick in the 84th minute. Joar Frisck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Vergaray in the 95th minute of the match. The FC NORDLAND players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
