Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vintilă Barascu made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Ticul booed when Vodka Stars 1949 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Véber didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 minutes Ticul's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Curcio Alonso who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Vodka Stars 1949's corner Curcio Alonso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edwin 雷源 quite easily take care of the ball. Edwin 雷源 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casado Castan in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Alonso in the 12th minute of play forced Ticul's goalkeeper Edwin 雷源 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Israeli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Generoso Beloki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Santos Valladolid charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santos Valladolid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santos Valladolid kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. A collision led to Vodka Stars 1949 getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Santos Valladolid hit a great ball. Edwin 雷源 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Geeraerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Generoso Beloki made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Vintilă Barascu sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Curcio Alonso in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin 雷源 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ticul's Edwin 雷源 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Geeraerts in the 35th minute of play. Erik Véber charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Véber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
After a rather tough play, Ticul's Lucas Lindell got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 51 minutes, Curcio Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vodka Stars 1949's supporters crossed their fingers, but Curcio Alonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Fabricio Duarte fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ticul's protests and gave Fabricio Duarte a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Ticul got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Duarte. 57 minutes into the game, Vintilă Barascu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Generoso Beloki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd match minute, Ticul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandru Chinezu to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes Ticul got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Lindell. Edwin 雷源 made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Paul Geeraerts sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute, Fabricio Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vodka Stars 1949 getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Curcio Alonso hit a great ball. If Curcio Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ticul fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vodka Stars 1949 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
