Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rafael van der Vaart started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Tuareg's goalkeeper Yan Kapchenko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael van der Vaart. In the 7th minute Tuareg were awarded a corner. Ippolit Nazarov went to the cornerflag to take it. Tuareg's Ippolit Nazarov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlton Convine in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 9 minutes into the match, Tuareg's goal looked a bit too open when Mete Golob came free, but Yan Kapchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan Kapchenko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael van der Vaart in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes Tuareg got a freekick which was hit by Oleg Sokolov. After a rather tough play, Tuareg's Demyan Kalitinskiy got a free kick in the 13th minute. Rafael van der Vaart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Yan Kapchenko made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when György Németh got free with Yan Kapchenko in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timur Manilov charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timur Manilov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Glasston booed when Tuareg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timur Manilov didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mete Golob in the 19th minute of play forced Tuareg's goalkeeper Yan Kapchenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstantin Kiryuhin hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Yan Kapchenko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael van der Vaart's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Ippolit Nazarov's late challenge caught a Glasston's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ippolit Nazarov helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute of the match, Mete Golob tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yan Kapchenko saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Yan Kapchenko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Glasston's Eddy Watts in the 31st minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Yan Kapchenko was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Tuareg through an amazing save. Mete Golob scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yan Kapchenko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Glasston's goal looked a bit too open when Timur Manilov came free, but Carlton Convine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rafael van der Vaart's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Kapchenko was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Rafael van der Vaart who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Yan Kapchenko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Tuareg's Yan Kapchenko got control of the ball when György Németh tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Rafael van der Vaart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Konstantin Kiryuhin's late challenge caught a Glasston's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konstantin Kiryuhin helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Tuareg got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Kiryuhin. Yan Kapchenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael van der Vaart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Timofey Naumenko made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Tuareg's goal looked a bit too open when Mete Golob came free, but Yan Kapchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan Kapchenko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael van der Vaart's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. During the 57th minute of the match Konstantin Kiryuhin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Konstantin Kiryuhin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Glasston's Aron Warren was substituted for György Németh. In the 58th match minute, Tuareg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstantin Kiryuhin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tuareg's zone, Máté Marton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Kapchenko came out of the goal and Máté Marton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the game, Glasston's Rafael van der Vaart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yan Kapchenko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Tuareg made a substitution. Denis Ivanov replaced Timofey Naumenko. Tuareg's Klim Shatalov was substituted for Yakov Kalitvintsev. Yan Kapchenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael van der Vaart in the 69th minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Aron Warren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tuareg's Yan Kapchenko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aron Warren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yan Kapchenko having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Tuareg's goal looked a bit too open when Aron Warren came free, but Yan Kapchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Denis Ivanov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tuareg's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Ivanov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlton Convine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Billy de Jager had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tuareg's Oleg Sokolov got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute Mete Golob shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Kapchenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Tuareg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikhail Vorobiev to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Tuareg defense, Rafael van der Vaart kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan Kapchenko. The Tuareg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan Kapchenko should have stopped the shot. Tuareg's Yan Kapchenko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Warren in the 96th minute of play. Glasston walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
