Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Miron Zabel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vincenzo Landa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Sokolski in the 2nd minute of play. Boruc Sokolski hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Osmar Goiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Breno Vergílio having to make a save. After 7 minutes of play, Ciudad Tao FC's Osmar Goiano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Breno Vergílio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Ciudad Tao FC booed when Barbieri Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bebeto Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osmar Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Breno Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciudad Tao FC were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Barbieri Sports's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joakim Vennerlund took the corner. In the 24th minute Salomon Quaade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Breno Vergílio was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Miron Zabel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miron Zabel really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. After 36 played minutes, Barbieri Sports's Benjamin da Mata shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vincenzo Landa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barbieri Sports reached it. Barbieri Sports's Breno Vergílio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Barbieri Sports from getting a goal against them. Breno Vergílio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salomon Quaade went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Bergkamp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Osmar Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciudad Tao FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osmar Goiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Breno Vergílio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciudad Tao FC made a substitution. Tomas Ciudad replaced Miron Zabel. Ciudad Tao FC's Güralp Orkun was substituted for Marc Zoolingen. Oliver Wennerqvist hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Bergkamp in the 60th minute of play forced Ciudad Tao FC's goalkeeper Vincenzo Landa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tomas Ciudad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute Tomas Ciudad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Breno Vergílio came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ciudad Tao FC's Tomas Ciudad. But to his dismay, Tomas Ciudad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 67th minute Dennis Bergkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincenzo Landa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Breno Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Ciudad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Barbieri Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Vennerlund came free, but Breno Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Ciudad Tao FC were awarded a corner. Joakim Vennerlund went to the cornerflag to take it. Vincenzo Landa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincenzo Landa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boruc Sokolski in the 81st minute of the match. José Augusto Hoffmann kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Benjamin da Mata might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vincenzo Landa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin da Mata ran back to his position shaking his head.
