Gebrüdersdorfer SV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 14th minute. But to his dismay, Lionel Mesías quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sabri Kutberk struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Thomas Sørensen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gebrüdersdorfer SV. The FC Grivata players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gebrüdersdorfer SV were winning 0-1.

Lionel Mesías's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Sørensen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. FC Grivata's Thomas Sørensen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Mesías in the 56th minute of play. Milcho Zhalov charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milcho Zhalov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gebrüdersdorfer SV booed when FC Grivata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milcho Zhalov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristian Brolin during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kristian Brolin hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The supporters of FC Grivata booed when Gebrüdersdorfer SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Di Pietro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Sabri Kutberk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slavey Kozovski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Stanislaw Tyszka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Lionel Mesías sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Sørensen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Grivata's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lionel-Andrés Messi was slow to take the kick. During this time Gebrüdersdorfer SV's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 87 minutes, Lionel Mesías managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lionel Mesías was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 91 played minutes Gebrüdersdorfer SV got a freekick which was hit by Ankaios Garofalis. 93 minutes into the game, Leandro Txanton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Thomas Sørensen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gebrüdersdorfer SV made a substitution. Diederik Brabant replaced Stan Backer.
