The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 30th minute Mito Kulov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirko Vervoort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitomir Starokin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 西门 亮 in the 33rd minute of play. In the 40th play minute Leopoldo Jacinto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mirko Vervoort. 1-0. Mirko Vervoort showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Badaz Tacco in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Severo Danel made a precise shot to the right of Mirko Vervoort. Mijdrecht Maffia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Jacinto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Badaz Tacco in the 80th minute of play forced Mijdrecht Maffia's goalkeeper Mirko Vervoort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirko Vervoort took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Badaz Tacco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Ištvan Ceaușescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirko Vervoort saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
