Dennis Espeland was slow to take the kick. During this time Corralito AFC's players had a chance to rest. Corralito AFC's Dennis Espeland was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vilmantas Matulas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Robustiano Jayvier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilmantas Matulas having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Robustiano Jayvier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vilmantas Matulas. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. If Robustiano Jayvier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Quinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Vilmantas Matulas made a huge save. Corralito AFC were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after FC Žalia Giria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dennis Espeland took the corner. Marco Frayssinet was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 38th minute of the match, Dennis Espeland tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vilmantas Matulas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dennis Espeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goalkeeper Vilmantas Matulas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Quinto. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Quinto was the one to do the kick off. Vilmantas Matulas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Quinto in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Quinto in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Žalia Giria's goalkeeper Vilmantas Matulas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, FC Žalia Giria's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Quinto came free, but Vilmantas Matulas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Quinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vilmantas Matulas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 69th minute Valentin Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilmantas Matulas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
