Santiago Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bambang Sagala having to interfere. But to his dismay, Luisito Perrando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ciro Montrell was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Atletico ALMA's zone, Luisito Perrando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. German Paez came out of the goal and Luisito Perrando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo Aznar got free with German Paez in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Golden Dragon FC's German Paez threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luisito Perrando, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Golden Dragon FC's Bambang Sagala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Larra in the 57th minute of play. German Paez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Perrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. When Marciano Filipo fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Golden Dragon FC's protests and gave Marciano Filipo a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 minutes of play, Atletico ALMA's Santiago Larra made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bambang Sagala was left in no man's land by his defense there! Golden Dragon FC's Celso Rayman suffered a sore thigh after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Golden Dragon FC's Domingo Matxin was substituted for Celso Rayman. Jeremias Frasco kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match.
