Alberto Iezzi started the match with the kick off. Antonello Ranieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petter Dahlqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. If Alberto Iezzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the game, Petter Dahlqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Antonello Ranieri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Di Massimo in the 11th minute of play forced SOAD's goalkeeper Marco Testaferrata Viani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes, Alvise Vittorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stintino FC and the SOAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SOAD booed when Stintino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvise Vittorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Armando Di Massimo made a precise shot to the right of Marco Testaferrata Viani. SOAD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. SOAD's Marco Testaferrata Viani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Di Massimo in the 18th minute of play. If Petter Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Jakub Hendrich's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonello Ranieri was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Iezzi got free with Marco Testaferrata Viani in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Petter Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Testaferrata Viani made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Armando Di Massimo sent off a good shot on target. When Petter Dahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the SOAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petter Dahlqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Petter Dahlqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Ranieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonello Ranieri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petter Dahlqvist went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After the first half SOAD were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jakub Hendrich was the one to do the kick off. Jakub Hendrich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Antonello Ranieri made a huge save. In the 55th minute Armando Di Massimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Testaferrata Viani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Arrigo Iannucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stintino FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arrigo Iannucci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Testaferrata Viani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Testaferrata Viani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Trasatti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 66 played minutes Stintino FC got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Petrella. SOAD's Jakub Hendrich got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SOAD's Agne Lundkvist was substituted for Jakub Hendrich. 83 minutes into the match, SOAD's Agne Lundkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonello Ranieri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Antonello Ranieri didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SOAD's Agne Lundkvist shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. 90 minutes into the match, SOAD's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Trasatti came free, but Marco Testaferrata Viani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Concetto Petrella kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Chants of SOAD echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Stintino FC had held the ball for most of the match.
