In the 10th match minute, 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Etxahun to maneuver through the defense. If Denzil Nightingale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute 马海乐 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Erbler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Quintin's late challenge caught a 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, 马海乐 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 33rd minute Joachim Krabbe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Angst vorm Ball's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julius-Lasse Schwering in the 34th minute. The corner ended in Julius-Lasse Schwering almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's Alisson Becker did a great save. 39 minutes into the match, FC Angst vorm Ball's goalkeeper Robin Erbler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 马海乐. In the 40th minute of the match 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976 got a corner. FC Angst vorm Ball's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per Stiig Beisel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when 马海乐 got free with Robin Erbler in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Olejmeulen was the one to do the kick off. Joachim Krabbe might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alisson Becker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joachim Krabbe ran back to his position shaking his head. Joachim Krabbe spun around in front of the goal 52 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's goal. 54 minutes into the match, 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Michael came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Farias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Olejmeulen in the 60th minute of play forced 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's goalkeeper Alisson Becker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Michael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robin Erbler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Farias, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Fernan Etxahun kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Alisson Becker was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Julius-Lasse Schwering. In the 70th minute Leon Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Erbler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's Alisson Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Krabbe in the 73rd minute of play. Alisson Becker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Olejmeulen's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Alisson Becker successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aldo Emesto kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Joachim Krabbe hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Robin Erbler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 马海乐's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 94 minutes of play, 【E ➣ Gatorei 1976's 马海乐 made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Erbler was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Angst vorm Ball's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
