Iordache Barboni was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, one of AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dacian Nițescu had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Luizão Cordeiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 18 minutes, Dadá Oliveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC and the BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-:s goal. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC:s Dacian Nițescu showed great skill when he stopped Luizão Cordeiro:s penalty. It was joyful for the audience to see Cerdic Pintar dribbling past the opponents defense line in the 24th played minute and put the ball into the net. 1-0. Danny Farmer hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Danny Farmer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mauro Dos Santos in the 32 minute of the game. Luís Gustavo de Amaral took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dacian Nițescu. Dacian Nițescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Gustavo de Amaral got free with Dacian Nițescu in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the game, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Luís Gustavo de Amaral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dacian Nițescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo de Amaral came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Cabezon in the 46th minute of play forced BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Franco Szczęsny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Gustavo de Amaral was the one to do the kick off. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Danny Farmer took the corner. In the 53rd match minute, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danny Farmer to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Gorri Sañudo got a free kick in the 59th minute. 69 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo de Amaral came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's zone, Luís Gustavo de Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dacian Nițescu came out of the goal and Luís Gustavo de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Podador Raheiro was substituted for Don Cabezon. BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Keno De Bruyne was substituted for Luís Gustavo de Amaral. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dacian Nițescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keno De Bruyne in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Alfredo de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Nițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 minutes of play, BUZZIDA FC -DMZ-'s Keno De Bruyne made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dacian Nițescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dacian Nițescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo de Souza in the 90th minute of play. Dacian Nițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keno De Bruyne, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's zone, Keno De Bruyne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dacian Nițescu came out of the goal and Keno De Bruyne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
