Tayyar Poyraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Géza Tótfalusi, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Angelo Borges notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Green Zombies's Cristinel Tomulescu. Cristinel Tomulescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Börje Linquist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristinel Tomulescu having to make a save. 15 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Angelo Borges sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristinel Tomulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walter Carter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Tayyar Poyraz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Tayyar Poyraz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tayyar Poyraz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harun Mustafa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anton Pototskiy who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Green Zombies's Venedikt Semenov getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 42nd minute Börje Linquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Tomulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walter Carter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Borges got free with Cristinel Tomulescu in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angelo Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Carter came free, but Tayyar Poyraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Angelo Borges recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristinel Tomulescu. Angelo Borges showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Gürsel Durusoy was substituted for Angelo Borges. In the 75th match minute, Green Zombies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franciszek Sadlowski to maneuver through the defense. If Géza Tótfalusi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Green Zombies's goalkeeper Cristinel Tomulescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gürsel Durusoy. The supporters of BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 booed when Green Zombies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Sadlowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vefa Bilgin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tayyar Poyraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Carter in the 92nd minute of the match. The Green Zombies supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's performance.
