In the 11th minute, Dan Kjellman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bal op het Dak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Erdi Bender showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn August in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn August in the 23rd minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Erdi Bender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Luis Elequemedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute Radowit Ogrodowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erdi Bender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Szczakowianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yan Chen Yan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szczakowianka's Erdi Bender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marick Brunt in the 33rd minute of play. Harvey Davies came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Szczakowianka's Benedykt Perkowski. But to his dismay, Benedykt Perkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Elequemedo in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goalkeeper Harvey Davies had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radowit Ogrodowicz. Harvey Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Ogrodowicz in the 44th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Joop Meder replaced Shaq Francis. FC Bal op het Dak's Iwan Valentijn was substituted for Martijn August. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Elequemedo to strike the kick off in the second half. Harvey Davies took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Elequemedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwan Valentijn got free with Erdi Bender in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Szczakowianka had won after a very even match.
