The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Santos Marin put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Pista Uno F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sparsör BF:s goal. Pista Uno F.C.:s Gregor Rinzema showed great skill when he stopped Arrigo Maestri:s penalty. The supporters of Pista Uno F.C. booed when Sparsör BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Bark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvid Säv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Reno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Pista Uno F.C. were awarded a corner. Efrain Jerrald went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Pista Uno F.C.'s Flavio Lizbeth getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Reno in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arvid Säv saved Sparsör BF from getting behind. A collision led to Sparsör BF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Rune Enegren hit a great ball. In the 38th minute of the match, Isidro Reno tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arvid Säv saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 39 minutes into the match, Pista Uno F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Bark came free, but Gregor Rinzema reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregor Rinzema showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brand Adis, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Efrain Jerrald hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Mei Zhen Chuan hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Efrain Jerrald from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Arvid Säv's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 44 played minutes Sparsör BF got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Maestri. Sparsör BF's Aurelio Cesaro got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Pista Uno F.C.'s Koldobika Sendeño got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pista Uno F.C.'s Gregor Rinzema played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brand Adis in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Pista Uno F.C.'s Gregor Rinzema got control of the ball when Brand Adis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ismael Bartolome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregor Rinzema took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Bark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Bark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gregor Rinzema tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sparsör BF were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
