With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastião Xoxe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anselmo Doris hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Nikita Gudkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Norbert Major might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nikita Gudkov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norbert Major ran back to his position shaking his head. Nikita Gudkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Major in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Veniamin Markov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastião Xoxe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Veniamin Markov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Sebastião Xoxe made a huge save. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Norbert Major sped through Unica FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nikita Gudkov. Norbert Major scored 1-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nikita Gudkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Norbert Major came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Pogoń Szczecin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Major couldn't finish the play. Klim Leonov kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Szczecin's Anselmo Doris got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Unica FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Norbert Major scored to the left of an out of position Nikita Gudkov, making the score, 1-4. 94 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nikita Gudkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nikita Gudkov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Pogoń Szczecin supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pogoń Szczecin would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
