Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir Fernandes in the 5th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ted Holmgren in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Zonta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute Ethan Rushmere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Askberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Kristiyan Pirkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Desportiva Paulo Afonso booed when Sundborn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Håning didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederico Zonta made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Alf Hansson sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Frederico Zonta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kalle Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmir Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Fernandes came free, but Kalle Askberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frederico Zonta had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ted Holmgren from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 27th minute Sundborn IF were awarded a corner. Sven-Olof Stephansson went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 30th minute, Alf Hansson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Frederico Zonta. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 33rd minute Walmir Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kalle Askberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Börje Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Jan Håning got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Arí Mello hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Ted Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desportiva Paulo Afonso's Frederico Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Hansson in the 62nd minute of play. Frederico Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alf Hansson in the 65th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Ted Holmgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sundborn IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Sundborn IF made a substitution. Heigo Valt replaced Henning Bennet. In the 75th minute, Hamílton de Medeiros reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kalle Askberg. The goal made the score 3-1. Hamílton de Medeiros struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Kalle Askberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Desportiva Paulo Afonso. Frederico Zonta came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Alf Hansson. But to his dismay, Alf Hansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Frederico Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Hansson in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Ted Holmgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frederico Zonta was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Kristiyan Pirkov kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Ted Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute of the match, Gernando Pernambucano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kalle Askberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
