An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 7th minute of play forced Äng's goalkeeper Victor Bredberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Vetevendosje FC's Lucas Beltrán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Bredberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With an all-out effort, Vetevendosje FC's Victor Bredberg threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lucas Beltrán, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 13 minutes of play, Vetevendosje FC's Lucas Beltrán made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Bredberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victor Bredberg made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Jan Smolarek sent off a good shot on target. After 24 minutes, Jan Smolarek made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Äng's Victor Bredberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lucas Beltrán received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Victor Bredberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas Beltrán slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 26th minute. Jan Smolarek succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 32nd playminute. After some careless play in the Äng defense, Jan Smolarek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Bredberg. The Äng fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Bredberg should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Lucas Beltrán sped through Äng's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Bredberg. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 10-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Isac Pihlgren made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Jan Smolarek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Äng's Victor Bredberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vetevendosje FC's zone, Jens-Ove Ferm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eşref Tuney came out of the goal and Jens-Ove Ferm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lucas Beltrán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Äng's Victor Bredberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Vetevendosje FC's Roland Rosendahl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Bredberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 16-0. 90 minutes into the game, Jan Smolarek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 17-0. Victor Bredberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kenneth Lundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Bredberg having to interfere. Victor Bredberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafal Cichewski went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 18-0 was the resulting score.
