A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Adrian Rosario hit a great ball. Haritz Trespuentes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Patrick Armstrong made a huge save. Patrick Armstrong didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haritz Trespuentes went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Peter Linkhorst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Botafogo's Haritz Trespuentes got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ununger in the 13th minute of play forced Botafogo's goalkeeper Aristide Răduț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes Botafogo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adrian Våleman who took care of the corner kick. The corner led ManagerZone Crew's Adrian Våleman to fire away a dangerous shot which Aristide Răduț despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Adrian Våleman got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute, Zé Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Botafogo booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thorbjörn Olerius didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Haritz Trespuentes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Patrick Armstrong. That made the score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. Thorsten Dietz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Linkhorst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Botafogo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haritz Trespuentes in the 59th minute of the match. Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Robert Ununger got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 90 minutes of play, Botafogo's 蒋扬谦 made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Armstrong was left in no man's land by his defense there! Botafogo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
