The crowd rose to their feet as SuperDepor's Lóránt Benczur slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Håkan Kinnman. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Radu Tarchilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darko Kovačević in the 16th minute of the match. DOLAPGÜCÜ's Håkan Kinnman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save DOLAPGÜCÜ from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, SuperDepor's Lóránt Benczur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Håkan Kinnman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Håkan Kinnman made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Lóránt Benczur sent off a good shot on target. Radu Tarchilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffrey Poteau, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Lóránt Benczur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Håkan Kinnman made a huge save. The wind increased when Lóránt Benczur made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SuperDepor booed when DOLAPGÜCÜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haşmet Timurhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Lóránt Benczur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Håkan Kinnman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The corner led DOLAPGÜCÜ's Süleyman Adıgün to fire away a dangerous shot which Radu Tarchilă despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Lóránt Benczur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuperDepor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lóránt Benczur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Håkan Kinnman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lóránt Benczur, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After some careless play in the SuperDepor defense, Darko Kovačević kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radu Tarchilă. The SuperDepor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radu Tarchilă should have stopped the shot. SuperDepor's Iustinian Comăneci was substituted for Lóránt Benczur. After a rather tough play, DOLAPGÜCÜ's Ramazan Şengil got a free kick in the 87th minute. Håkan Kinnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustinian Comăneci in the 91st minute of play.
