Lu Zhen Sheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dagoberto Moraes went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goalkeeper Valentin Bernal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 19th minute Dagoberto Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lu Zhen Sheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koča Kafarov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Bernal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. If Cayetano Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brandon Norton made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Téo Matorin immediately put the ball in play. Brandon Norton kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Koča Kafarov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Cayetano Monico sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cayetano Monico to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Moraes came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Moraes in the 55th minute of play. Lu Zhen Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Monico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute of the match Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ got a corner. DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vahit Ergüç ran over to the corner to take the kick. DREAM TEAM WORLD were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Fabiano Castro took the corner. After a rather tough play, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Brandon Norton got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Lu Zhen Sheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Monico, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Lu Zhen Sheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Monico in the 68th minute of play. Wiktor Bielatowicz hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Paulo Jon replaced Elpidio Curcio. After 73 played minutes DREAM TEAM WORLD got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Bielatowicz. In the 78th minute, Waldemar Cardozo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waldemar Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cayetano Monico struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Lu Zhen Sheng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ. When Waldemar Cardozo came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the DREAM TEAM WORLD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Cardozo couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the DREAM TEAM WORLD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ.
