Manel Fonelleda went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of JK Kurevere booed when TAQUARI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kabiru Rotimi didn't get a good kick on the ball. TAQUARI FC's Frank Lampard managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vambola Vasser in the 15 minute of the game. In the 16th minute of the game Märten Viilukas made a throw-in which Einar Reisalu played forward. Vambola Vasser hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Wilton Vale notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of JK Kurevere's Virgilio Mateus. Virgilio Mateus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute, Wilton Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilton Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, TAQUARI FC's Rodolfo Salgado got control of the ball when Einar Reisalu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind JK Kurevere's goalkeeper Virgilio Mateus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of JK Kurevere booed when TAQUARI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, TAQUARI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Reisalu came free, but Rodolfo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Reisalu in the 38th minute of play forced TAQUARI FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Souto in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute of the match TAQUARI FC got a corner. JK Kurevere's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernard Letourneau ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led TAQUARI FC's Bernard Letourneau to fire away a dangerous shot which Virgilio Mateus despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Manel Fonelleda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Salgado. That made the score 1-1 in the 43 minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Einar Reisalu to make the kick off. Rodolfo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Reisalu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. TAQUARI FC's Rodolfo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Reisalu in the 57th minute of play. Virgilio Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilton Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind TAQUARI FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Salgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Einar Reisalu took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Salgado. Rodolfo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. JK Kurevere's Vello Lass was substituted for Einar Reisalu. TAQUARI FC's Giannis Karagiotis was substituted for Valer Covaliu. After 89 minutes of play, JK Kurevere's Vello Lass made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Salgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vello Lass in the 93rd minute of the match. Rodolfo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vello Lass, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. There was no doubt that JK Kurevere were the better team. JK Kurevere's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
