Eleuterio Maureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Campelo in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Anton Manta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belchior Ribeiro in the 33rd minute of play forced Black Mamba's goalkeeper Eleuterio Maureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Belchior Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Henry Dahlgren made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Manuel Quintas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Josué Campelo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Belchior Ribeiro in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eleuterio Maureo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Black Mamba's Cornelio Perutxo got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to Black Mamba getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Anier Iztal hit a great ball. Hugon Bryk struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Eleuterio Maureo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Atabueira.
