Giru EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franciszek Dresik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Rodrygo Goes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. LEGIA Bielany's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. LEGIA Bielany's Rodrygo Goes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 9th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Hugo Montenegro came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by LEGIA Bielany's Franciszek Dresik. But to his dismay, Franciszek Dresik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Hugo Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentin Tarantin in the 16th minute of the match. Franciszek Dresik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Hugo Montenegro made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, LEGIA Bielany's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Varela came free, but Black Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Black Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laerte Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Hugo Montenegro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 28th minute, Quentin Tarantin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nicolas Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Giru EC's protests and gave Nicolas Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of LEGIA Bielany booed when Giru EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Giru EC's goal looked a bit too open when Quentin Tarantin came free, but Hugo Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugo Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Tarantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Giru EC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Chiquinho de Queirós hit a great ball. In the 45th minute of the match Dwight Schrute shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Montenegro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rodrygo Goes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Hugo Montenegro made a huge save. Franciszek Dresik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugo Montenegro came out and tried to block the shot, but Franciszek Dresik slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 47th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrygo Goes to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, LEGIA Bielany's Rodrygo Goes made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, LEGIA Bielany's Ron Swanson got a free kick in the 58th minute. Hugo Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franciszek Dresik in the 60th minute of play. Rodrygo Goes scored 8-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute Zbyszko Bierfass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Murillo dos Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Giru EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LEGIA Bielany the free kick. Giru EC's Hugo Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrygo Goes in the 79th minute of play. Hugo Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quentin Tarantin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Hugo Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Tarantin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Tarantin in the 87th minute of play forced Giru EC's goalkeeper Hugo Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LEGIA Bielany's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
