Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pasha Datsiuk in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marian Gniech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wiliam Furtado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marian Gniech having to make a save. In the 9th minute, Santos Rallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Jan-Åke Fransson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hristofor Borchev was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The throw-in from Fabio Di Maio in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zagórna's Uluç Tekinalp. Marian Gniech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the game, Luciano Sarmento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marian Gniech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hristofor Borchev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Åke Fransson in the 32nd minute of the match. Marian Gniech came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by AS Pikachuzim's Luciano Sarmento. But to his dismay, Luciano Sarmento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 41st minute Gwidon Arnista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hristofor Borchev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, AS Pikachuzim's Facundo Campa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With 44 minutes on the clock, Haroldo Guimarães commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. AS Pikachuzim's Emanuel Arruda was substituted for Luciano Sarmento. 44 minutes into the game, one of AS Pikachuzim:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan-Åke Fransson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Facundo Campa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hristofor Borchev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zagórna made a substitution. Ziemowit Soszka replaced Daniel Gerlach. 74 minutes into the match, Arif Oğuz Semdin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Zagórna's Marian Gniech. Hristofor Borchev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Åke Fransson's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Oğuz Semdin in the 83rd minute of play forced Zagórna's goalkeeper Marian Gniech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hristofor Borchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Åke Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The supporters of AS Pikachuzim booed when Zagórna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Kiliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Arif Oğuz Semdin came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the AS Pikachuzim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Oğuz Semdin couldn't finish the play. When the match was over AS Pikachuzim could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Zagórna throughout the match.
