Isidoro Elequemedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jefferson Furlan's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Francisco Balesio took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Elequemedo. Isidoro Elequemedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 24th match minute, Titleist was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ken Teige to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Chacabuco FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Anier Bladi hit a great ball. Jan-Kenneth Brynildsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Chacabuco FC booed when Titleist was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dagfinn Lunden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernan Banegas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Elequemedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Isidoro Elequemedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Vallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Titleist's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernan Banegas was slow to take the kick. During this time Chacabuco FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Fernan Banegas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Titleist's Isidoro Elequemedo did a great save. If Halvard Oliversen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Titleist's Ole-Petter Anda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elvio Llorienzo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Halvard Oliversen made a kick off. Isidoro Elequemedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Balesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Kenneth Kvalsvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Jefferson Furlan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isidoro Elequemedo. Jefferson Furlan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Jan-Kenneth Brynildsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
