The supporters of Australian Youth Academy booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Ranolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Jonatan Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Felipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Olliver Todman came free, but Basilio Justin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dakota Gaffigan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaston Joanes kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Olliver Todman came free, but Basilio Justin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olliver Todman in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Basilio Justin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 40 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Berkeley Glover came free, but Basilio Justin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olliver Todman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Basilio Justin made a huge save. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Basilio Justin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olliver Todman, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute Berkeley Glover shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Justin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, one of Club Atlético Atlanta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Basilio Justin went to the wrong direction when Olliver Todman was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olliver Todman in the 60th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Basilio Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Agustin Pacho got a free kick in the 94th minute. Hank Bleazard hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Australian Youth Academy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
