Andrea Tofani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Lions FC from getting a goal against them. 22 minutes into the match, I ritirandi di Canaus's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Nyström came free, but Alexsandro Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anders Lundqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Golden Lions FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for I ritirandi di Canaus.
