Med Gang FC's Ákos Auer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Wos in the 9th minute of play forced Med Gang FC's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcin Cebula came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nils-Erik Jonsson could save by the left post. 16 minutes into the match, Dariusz Wos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Med Gang FC's Nils-Erik Jonsson. Nils-Erik Jonsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amerigo Ianni hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Peter Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Valler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Med Gang FC's Hubert Valler managed to work through A.C. Patagonia's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Hubert Valler dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 37th minute, Marcin Cebula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dariusz Wos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Erik Jonsson having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dariusz Wos got free with Nils-Erik Jonsson in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of A.C. Patagonia booed when Med Gang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Qi Liang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hubert Valler to make the kick off. Med Gang FC's Liam de Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute, A.C. Patagonia's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hubert Valler fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nils-Erik Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Wos in the 60th minute of play. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Gustav Siöman replaced Marcin Cebula. A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo was substituted for Dariusz Wos. Med Gang FC made a substitution. Cornel Todericiu replaced İskender Baki Öksüzoğlu. After 63 minutes Med Gang FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szymon Jaszyna who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on A.C. Patagonia's corner Szymon Jaszyna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nils-Erik Jonsson quite easily take care of the ball. A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Patagonia from getting a goal against them. After 78 played minutes Med Gang FC got a freekick which was hit by Hubert Valler. After a rather tough play, Med Gang FC's Hubert Valler got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute of the match, Cornel Todericiu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Peter Schmeichel was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aldo Di Carlo might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nils-Erik Jonsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Di Carlo ran back to his position shaking his head. Henrik Berg kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Aldo Di Carlo made a precise shot to the right of Nils-Erik Jonsson. Med Gang FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Med Gang FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
