When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Atahan Durdu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yanick Knecht. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Iosub in the 9th minute of play forced North Port UTD's goalkeeper Geofredo Fox to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yanick Knecht showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atahan Durdu, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Aristide Păunescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Yanick Knecht came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by North Port UTD's Onuralp Ülküm. But to his dismay, Onuralp Ülküm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when North Port UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atahan Durdu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Bartolomé Perpiñán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geofredo Fox saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geofredo Fox made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Păunescu in the 21st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Atahan Durdu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yanick Knecht was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Marcu Iosub received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Geofredo Fox tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute of the match, Marcu Iosub tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Geofredo Fox saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Marcu Iosub's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geofredo Fox was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonid Afteni in the 33rd minute of play forced North Port UTD's goalkeeper Geofredo Fox to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, North Port UTD's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Iosub came free, but Geofredo Fox reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. North Port UTD's Geofredo Fox played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonid Afteni in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes North Port UTD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Şimandan who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on LIVIUS UNITED MLS's corner Daniel Şimandan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Geofredo Fox quite easily take care of the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Rodolphe Denis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Port UTD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LIVIUS UNITED MLS the free kick. After 43 minutes, Benigno Dalmau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Port UTD and the LIVIUS UNITED MLS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when North Port UTD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Aristide Păunescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geofredo Fox having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Atahan Durdu in the 52nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 54th minute Bartolomé Perpiñán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geofredo Fox saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht got control of the ball when Atahan Durdu tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atahan Durdu in the 66th minute of play forced LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalkeeper Yanick Knecht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to LIVIUS UNITED MLS getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Aristide Păunescu hit a great ball. North Port UTD made a substitution. Yağız Nesil replaced Onuralp Ülküm. After 77 played minutes North Port UTD got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Ptaszek. George Catry hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, George Catry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yanick Knecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Alwege in the 91st minute of play. The LIVIUS UNITED MLS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching North Port UTD's performance. The match ended with a win for North Port UTD.
