Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquin Loredo started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United's zone, Pipo Inzaghi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolaj Jerzyk came out of the goal and Pipo Inzaghi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodriguez Zorita hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Zé Paulo Zonta shot from long distance in the 12th minute, but Rubio Mor was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 12th minute, Marco Pro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikolaj Jerzyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pipo Inzaghi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Loredo in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mikolaj Jerzyk saved Newcastle United from getting behind. Pankracy Malicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Rubio Mor made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Malicki got free with Rubio Mor in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Vollmar came free, but Rubio Mor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Vollmar got free with Rubio Mor in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, Ornopata's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Kochniarczyk came free, but Rubio Mor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Thomas Vollmar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubio Mor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricart Iturburu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Vallines charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Vallines the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Newcastle United booed when Ornopata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Vallines didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match it was 2-0 when Zé Paulo Zonta shot a long shot which zipped by Ornopata's goalkeeper at the right pole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Vollmar was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Newcastle United's Mikolaj Jerzyk got control of the ball when Joaquin Loredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mikolaj Jerzyk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joaquin Loredo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 53 minute of play. Newcastle United made a substitution. Benedykt Gdaniec replaced Tadeusz Pstrongowski. Ornopata made a substitution. Romero Ayerza replaced Ricart Iturburu. Joaquin Loredo hit a great ball. Marco Pro struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Mikolaj Jerzyk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Ornopata's Rubio Mor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Pacholewski in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Ornopata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Björnsson to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Pacholewski in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubio Mor saved Ornopata from getting behind. After 89 played minutes Ornopata got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Aguiriano. Rubio Mor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Kochniarczyk in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Newcastle United were awarded a corner. Zé Paulo Zonta went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Adam Pacholewski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rubio Mor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Thomas Vollmar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Newcastle United had won after a very even match.
