Zé Gato made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Rubim Jordão made a great header on SITIO CITY's corner, it was just that FC Beatriz 08's Eurico lago managed to reach the ball for a save. If Rubim Jordão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SITIO CITY's Zé Gato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepe Bomba in the 43rd minute of play. Zé Gato was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pepe Bomba showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Carlos Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eurico lago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. Eurico lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Garcia in the 51st minute of the match. Eurico lago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Garcia's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Pepe Bomba came free, but Zé Gato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Adolfo Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the FC Beatriz 08 defense, Carlos Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eurico lago. The FC Beatriz 08 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eurico lago should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Garcia in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eurico lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65thth minute of the game Altino Palha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SITIO CITY's Zé Gato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of SITIO CITY booed when FC Beatriz 08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barto Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho was substituted for Carlos Garcia. Barto Sánchez hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oso Cienfuegos kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Luís Carvalho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Eurico lago when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luís Carvalho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Eurico lago skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 90 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eurico lago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the SITIO CITY defense, Pepe Bomba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Gato. The SITIO CITY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Gato should have stopped the shot. FC Beatriz 08's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
