Eurico lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arana Ponta in the 7th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Beatriz 08's Eurico lago got control of the ball when Adérito Abreu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Arana Ponta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute of the game, Academia Monte Gordo got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Fabrício Lustosa could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Eurico lago however easily saved by the left post. 31 minutes into the match, FC Beatriz 08's goal looked a bit too open when Fryderyk Grucza came free, but Eurico lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Brysz in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Academia Monte Gordo got a corner. FC Beatriz 08's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adérito Abreu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Academia Monte Gordo's Adérito Abreu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eurico lago in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 47th minute, Fabrício Lustosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eurico lago was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pepe Bomba to strike the kick off in the second half. Eurico lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arana Ponta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Luijten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mao Zhen Hong having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Arana Ponta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eurico lago. FC Beatriz 08's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arana Ponta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 64 minutes into the match, FC Beatriz 08's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Lustosa came free, but Eurico lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Academia Monte Gordo were awarded a corner. Adérito Abreu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Academia Monte Gordo's Adérito Abreu to fire away a dangerous shot which Eurico lago despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Arana Ponta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Eurico lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arana Ponta in the 74th minute of play forced FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th match minute, FC Beatriz 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Altino Palha to maneuver through the defense. Academia Monte Gordo's Manuel Couto was substituted for Adérito Abreu. Eurico lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Couto in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Beatriz 08's goalkeeper Eurico lago, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eurico lago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adélio Infante's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academia Monte Gordo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronald Hurt was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Beatriz 08's players had a chance to rest.
