Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cactos's Ricki Dresager started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6thth minute of the game Ricki Dresager who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buritama Sports's Murilo Ferreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Buritama Sports booed when Cactos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Yepes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Cactos's goalkeeper Bran Allison had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricardo Dias. Bran Allison made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ricardo Dias sent off a good shot on target. Conrado Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Murilo Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Buritama Sports's Ricardo Dias got a free kick in the 16th minute. Ricki Dresager's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murilo Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Bran Allison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wang Wei Sha, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Cactos's Bran Allison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Cactos from getting a goal against them. Peter Bagge made a great header on Cactos's corner, it was just that Buritama Sports's Murilo Ferreira managed to reach the ball for a save. Murilo Ferreira came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cactos's Maurinho Trezeguet. But to his dismay, Maurinho Trezeguet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Cactos booed when Buritama Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvinho Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexsandro Aguiar got free with Bran Allison in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Murilo Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricki Dresager in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Cactos were awarded a corner. Mario Yepes went to the cornerflag to take it. Mario Yepes made a great header on Cactos's corner, it was just that Buritama Sports's Murilo Ferreira managed to reach the ball for a save. Bran Allison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wang Wei Sha in the 46th minute of the match.

54 minutes into the match, Cactos's Mario Yepes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Murilo Ferreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricki Dresager received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Murilo Ferreira came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricki Dresager slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. Cactos's Coronel Camba was substituted for Conrado Capixaba. Murilo Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisinho Maciel in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute of the match, Luisinho Maciel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Murilo Ferreira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cactos made a substitution. Matias Gaitan replaced Maurinho Trezeguet. In the 71st minute of the match Buritama Sports got a corner. Cactos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wang Wei Sha ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bran Allison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexsandro Aguiar in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Vito Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Allison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luisinho Maciel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Murilo Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Cactos's Luisinho Maciel made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murilo Ferreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Murilo Ferreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Murilo Ferreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisinho Maciel went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Buritama Sports made a substitution. Albertinho Vinhas replaced Abelardo da Fonseca. Murilo Ferreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the match, Cactos's Luisinho Maciel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Murilo Ferreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Cactos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Buritama Sports throughout the match.
