Limoeiro-PE FC were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Doni Barbosa took the corner. Gino do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Genaro Abendano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Limoeiro-PE FC's Daniël De Goeij played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ender Yalçın in the 42nd minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ender Yalçın made a kick off. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX made a substitution. Villagra Hualde replaced Marcos Salazar. In the 60th minute of the match Limoeiro-PE FC got a corner. RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Doni Barbosa ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Limoeiro-PE FC's Richard Neto in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RomoLerouX UniteD UXX's goalie prevented a goal. Daniël De Goeij showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ender Yalçın, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When Richard Neto came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Limoeiro-PE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Neto couldn't finish the play. 庄翀竞 was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. Despite this Daniël De Goeij quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Villagra Hualde made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ender Yalçın immediately put the ball in play. Limoeiro-PE FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
